Gageglass.net will accept returns up to 60 days after the invoice date if not special orders. All returns must be issued an RMA number before any return is accepted. Special Factory Order Items made to order are NOT Returnable. Standard RMA requests can be made via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
All items returned within 30 days if they are in a saleable condition (original packaging and contents in excellent shape) but still need an RMA before sending back and it’s the Customer's responsibility for shipping back to Gageglass.net warehouse may qualify for no restock fee depending on if shipped from the factory or Gageglass.net warehouse. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% to 25% re-stock fee. Items returned after 60 days are subject to a 30% re-stock fee. No returns are permitted after 90 days. Previously used/installed items cannot be returned, unless covered by warranty.
Returns for special order items or items that have been modified (such as cut glass) are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is allowed, special order items will incur a variable re-stock fee of up to 50%.
Customers have the option to ship returned items back to Gageglass.net themselves or have us arrange for a pick-up. Return shipment costs paid by Gageglass.net will be subtracted from the credited amount unless we are at fault.
All product warranties implied are the manufacturer's liability. If an item is returned under the manufacturer's warranty, gageglass.net will forward the goods to the manufacturer for inspection and determination, which may take up to 6 weeks. The final decision as to whether the warranty covers the situation is solely at the manufacturer's discretion.
