10″ Flanged Blast Gate Valve

Blast Gate Valves Flanged are used to regulate air flow, and the flow of other materials in a variety of applications.

It uses a sturdy, cast iron body that houses the precise-machined, self-cleaning stainless steel slide. The slide is adjusted easily to any position by a choice of operating mechanisms.

These Blast Gates are especially suited for low pressure applications where 100% shut-off is NOT required.

• 3″ to 12″ Blast Gate Valves have a raised face
• 14″ and 16″ valves have a flat face and match the American Standard 125 flange pattern.

RPM flange valves are also available in 4″, 5″, and 6″ sizes.

The standard unit is a Class 30 gray iron with Max Temp. of 425 °F.

Quartz Clear – Designated by a “Q” in the model number. Maximum intermittent operating temperature is 2048°F. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 1600°F (Glass Only)*.

Pyrex Clear – (borosilicate glass) Designated by a “P” in the model number. Maximum intermittent operating temperature is 554°F. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 446°F (Glass Only)* . Glass is heat strengthened for safety and is coated with a heat reflecting shield.
